Which amazing job should I take?

I have been offered two amazing jobs. One, I would be required to be away for three months, missing my family and friends, but it would be great work experience and a lot of fun. The other is an at home job that is long term and pays well, I would have guaranteed hours, but wouldn't get to go away!
