There is this boy in my class.We're friends.But i think i have started to grow feelings for him.I'm not sure though.We always joke around, he loves looking through my notebooks.Plus, he's super cute.What should i do?

First of all, don't put yourself or him in an embarrassing situation by having other people within earshot of you. Then tell him that you kind of are interested in him and you wonder if he feels the same. Yes? Your in! No? Say, OK, I just wondered and walk away with a smile.
