Sunburned!!!

I got a bad sunburned and it itchhes and I dunno wat to do and I got these white spots too. Do I need a doctor? A cream? It is alott on my chest some on my nose and some on the tops of my feet.

Stay out of the sun for a good long time. Once you start peeling, resist the urge to pick at your skin. Do not put on a cream. Apply cool washclothes on a regular basis.

If it is bad enough that you are ill and running a fever, then go to see a doctor right away. And stay out of the sun! Teri

1. Stay out of the sun 2. Take Tylenol 3. Apply cool washcloths to the area 4. Do NOT apply any creams because this will trap in the heat Brandon

One time I got a really bad sunburn that threatened to ruin my beach vacation. I took one whole day and applied wet towels to the sunburned areas while staying out of the sun. I did this for about 12 hours. By the next day, the pain and redness had subsid
