My best friend has become a stoner and i dont know what to do. She is for sure no fun to hang around with anymore PLUS she is starting to date total stoner douches. I so want to confront her or even tell her parents, but she would kill me!

Still be friends but nothing like best friends since you don't need to be involved with that sort of lifestyle. Try to talk to her as well. Steph

Talk to her and get your mutual friends to talk to her as well. Tell her that you are very concerned. Tell her that you feel that she is making poor judgements. JD

Decisions have consequences and your friend's decision to become a stoner is resulting in her losing a good friend. Unfortunately, you are losing one, too, through no fault of your own. You and she no longer have enough in common to continue the friendship. Remain friendly but I really don't see the best friend status continuing, do you? VOE

I don't know about an actual intervention but you should at least try to talk to your friend. Explain that you are concerned about her and get her to open up to you. Destiny
