I am trying to save for university, and have limited funds right now. However I have been in an amazing relationship, but due to school we've been long distance for six months. Our trip away this weekend was cancelled. Do I splurge and surprise him this weekend so I can see him, or save and wait?

i'll say go with him! ;) money is just money at the end of the day, you can have way more latter, but your amaze relationship is now! you can have the time of your life or live with a bunch of bills but unhappy??? MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING IN LIFE!

Save and wait. Money is hard to come by and you shouldn't dump a bunch for a weekend meet-up. It is foolish spending. Figure out a less expensive way of seeing him. VOE

You need to think about the bigger picture and continue to save your money. You will see your sweetie in due time, but your university education is very important.

You should stay and save, maybe he will surprise you !! But if you have any left over money you should probably go give him a little visit and make sure on him lol... Wish you the best
