My sis moved to Canada last year with my 3 nieces and husband,she since got pregnant by him and told me she had no idea how she got pregnant as they used protection!She married a manipulative control freak and he hates anyine getting close to my sis. He has trapped her in a foreign country.HELP.

There is really nothing that you cando since she is staying in this relationship of her own freewill.The most you can do is talk to her and let her know that you are there for her if she needs anything. Brandon

Ultimately it is up to her and how she feels about him, if she's happy you have to respect that even if you think he's a manipulative control freak.

Before you can rescue her, she has to want to be rescued. If she wants out, there is divorce in Canada. If he controls the money and she can't afford a divorce, you can offer to help with that. I am sure there are organizations in Canada that help women out of abusive relationships. If she wants that kind of help, you can assist her. Beyond that, there isn't much you can do other than be a sympathetic ear for her. I hope she has the courage to do what is necessary to protect herself and her children. VOE
