my husband and i share a 5 yr old daughter but divorced three years, after years of constant fighting. We get along so much better now, so much so that I feel that i'm falling for him again. We are both seeing other people but i think that the spark is still there - not sure what to do

I have many couples come in to my office who are constantly at each others throats. Many times men will pick fights with their wives or spouses because they crave the "Great Makeup Sex" experience. If you feel this is what happened to you, then maybe the constant fighting overshadowed the strong points to your coupling and to your marriage.

let him know but dont push it... if it starts to seem that you're chasing after him he'll just assume hes in control and might make things even harder for you.

Remember there was a GOOD reason why your marriage doesn't work. Of course you will always be attracted to him, you've had his child. But don't put yourself and your child through that again. As you've said you were ALWAYS fighting
