Should I be mad??

My bf and i are really close and he texts me saying would i want him to tell me if he was flirting with other girls and i sayd yes. So he told me that he had been flirting with another girl but wasnt anymore and he wanted to tell me bcuz he didnt want a relationship based on lies. Should I be mad?

Being upfront is great . . . . unless he uses the truth to get away with inappropriate behavior. I say he gets a hall pass on this one, but put him on warning that you won't put up with that behavior anymore, regardless of whether he is upfront or not. Good luck!

he was in the wrong by doing it but he was honest with u about it which is very rare in a relationship these days. If it doesn't happen again it's not really anything to be worried about. If he keeps doing it call it quits. But in the end we all flirt its just in our natures.. He obviously has aknowledged he was in the wrong so i agree with the above statement, forgive but don;t forget. Good Luck

you told him to tell you, you therefore asked for what you get. if it's only flirting, we are all human and we all need to feel desireable for atleast a moment, it boosts the ego...as long as he's not crossing the line. if you trust him, be proud that he's being flirted with and he's yours.
