Good hairstyle for women in early 30's

I'm looking for a change, I'm a mother of 3 and want something modern and cute and easy. I have long naturally curly/wavy brown hair.

Cut it shoulder height and straighten

As we get older, and with 3 kids..shorter seems easier. But going from long to short isn't easy, either. try going half way for a starter..see if you like it and go from there, over time. also, if you have curly/wavy hair, shorter you go, the curlier it may be...so go slow.
