work on your breathing techniques but it would help if you tell someone. Also going to the doctor will help as it seems like a psychological ongoing problem. you may be able to get councelling to help you deal with the panic attacks.

I have never had them but I have always heard that deep breathing does the trick. In fact, research the phrase Diaphramatic Breathing and they will give you some tips. JD
