I was told i have Low Self Esteem. But do i? If i really truly think i am worthless and pretty ugly isnt that just truth & not Esteem? i cant lie about what i am.

Reality is best but not if it means thinking badley about urself!! You need to think bout the positives and then try to do whatev it takes 2 make urself happy!

If your friends and family are saying it then it is probably true. I mean, they have your best interests at heart and know you the best. So, go get some help and take care of yourself. Troy

Everyone is unique and has some wonderful aspects to them. They may be great at music or art of a great cook or an amazing friend. Focus on those things and less on your looks. David

There must be a lot of ugly girls that visit this site because I see a lot of postings from those who call themselves ugly. The truth is, girls see themselves as ugly when they really aren't. Now, you may not be runway gorgeous or cosmetic commercial pretty, but I doubt that you are ugly. A little style, a little makeup, a regular smile, and a little confidence kicks butt and overcomes a lot of flaws. Worthless is another misconception. I don't even know you and I care enough about you to respond to your post. Imagine how much more you mean to those around you. Girl, you ain't worthless.
