i live almost an hour away from the guy im seeing, when im not there, theres no way for me to know if hes cheating, there has to be a way for him to prove to me i can put my trust in him?

My advice is for the guy. RUN. This girl is trying to control you and you aren't even officially dating, yet. She is suspicious for no sound reason and wants you to prove a negative, which is impossible. No matter what you say or do, she will always be suspicious and will make your life hell. VOE

If you have to "worry" about him cheating in the first place, then there is a sign right there. Obviously you don't trust him, so is there a chance he could actually be doing stuff? There is no way to prove it.

I think until you guys are 'official' he's probably not doing anything wrong. Why are you guys not official, because he doesn't want to be or because you don't trust him? If its cause he doesn't want to be then I'd be concerned about the flirting with the other girls. If its cause you don't trust him then I think you need to have a conversation with him and say we're now 'official' and we're dedicated to each other. See how he reacts and then you just have to trust him

well technically we're not "offical" even though he has told at least one of his friends about me that i know of, but he goes on some website and ive seen that hes flirted with some girls on there, but never says he has any intentions with them, should this worry me?

Has he done something to make you think that he is cheating? If not then he deserves the benefit of the doubt, don't let your insecurities ruin your relationship. Ofcourse if you do have reason to believe he is then you need to confront him on it

Even if the guy lived in the same neighborhood as you it would be difficult to know if he was cheating on you. Not sure how he can prove it, if you ask him and he says no either you trust him or you don't. If you don't trust him then its not going to work
