So when he likes you, you blow him off and he's just supposed to take it. Now you like him and he's blowing you off and it's some kind of disaster. You can't accept it. You have to contrive some strategy to make him change his mind. Look, you rejected him once. He isn't ready to take that chance again. Just leave him alone. He's ignoring you for a reason. VOE
