So I have been with my girlfriend for almost 6 months and we are gay. I loved her in the begining but not so much anymore. I really have my eye on a coworker and I think I want to look into that. How to let someone guy? I want to be nice about ut.

There are some things in this world that are unavoidable and hurting someone's feelings when you break up is one of them. Make it quick, honest, and with as little drama as possible. No accusations, no fault finding, no name calling. She may engage in these things, but don't do likewise. Maintain your cool and understand that her feelings are hurt and she may say or do things that are knee jerk reactions to being dumped. Don't play along. When you've finished, leave.
