I met him/first dated him when I was in 8th grade(13yrs old) again sophmore year(3weeks) &then again christmas 09'(a month) &now were talking to eachother more &we cuddle on my bed late at night &he tells me he loves me, he's told me he has commitment issues though thats y he always ends it..

There used to be a toy, a small rubber ball with a long rubber band attached and a wooden paddle attached to the other end of the rubber band. You could hit the ball with the paddle and it would stretch the rubber band and return the ball back to the paddle for another smack. You are the ball and he is the paddle. Don't you think it's time to break the rubber band? VOE

You could give him another chance but what's changed, why would it be any different than the last times. I would only get back with him if he feels he's changed and ready to properly commit to you long term otherwise move on
