My bf is doing drugs, tell his parents?

My bf and I have been going out for 6 months and I've noticed he's started doing drugs. He use to drink a fair bit but now he's turned to marijuana. He's 22 now and still living with his parents, I'm not sure whether I should be telling them about this?

Dump him. He's shown that he moves from one addiction to another. It's all about him. You don't need a lifetime of this. Get out before you have to file for divorce and child support. And by then he'll have those court dates. And you'll be working to pay his probation fees. Get out now!

Throughout life, we are taught that drugs are bad (and many ARE), but if you are serious about this, look up the effects of alcohol VS the effects of pot... I will then let you decide how dangerous smoking really is... the general public is VERY misinformed. I am in graduate school studying neurology... I would be much more worried about his alcohol consumption, even being of age

If he is stoned every day its a problem - hes hurting about something and not dealing with it. Try to get him to talk about it and see he needs help. If you don't like pot and he isn't willing to stop where is your relationship going?

not sure where you're from but weed? that's not a big deal... if he smokes a lot of it and everyday then just talk to him about it... if it's not often don't worry about it... either way it's bothering you so talk to him but don't act like you are blaming him or mad at him or you're out the door.

omfg. why would you tell his parents? that's not even WORTH asking. tattle tale for a gf? guys dont want that. :S tell him that he needs to stop or you and him are done.
