Money...money

Since my father lost his job,only my mother bears the financial part of the family.And my mother has more money than my father, even when he worked. In June Festival of the school, I don't want to ask things to him, because he hasn't money, but if I just ask her,she will fight me.What should I do?

just ask your mum, explain to her you didnt think it would be right to ask ur dad due to his financial situation and you thought u shuld ask her instead. and yeh probably try and get a job, even if u cant get one, if ur trying ur mum will see that and be more inclined to help u out :)

If you're 16 or older, it's normal to have a part time job and start paying your own way. Part time jobs are usually menial and not stressful so you should be able to handle it. Millions of teens do. VOE

If money's hard, don't ask unless you absolutely need it. And you don't need it.

mmmhh.. since you're a student, you can't go and have a job coz it will be silly speacilly with your studies, you'll be in permanent stress and sure you don't gonna keep it up well. So ask your mom, i think she's angry with your father because he lost his job, and she has the charge now! it's not easy been a mom, and obviously taking care of the financial part either, so try to understand her a little more. If this make you feel better, my mom is in a similar posicion than yours, she have to work 24/7 because my father doesn't have much work right know, and she's tired and stressful all the time.
