Modelling

I want to be a model but i'm only 5'6 and most agencies won't take me, does anyone know any agencies i could go to in London? i'm naturally a size 6 and people have told me for years i should model and i'm ready to take a chance (i know it's competitive and i probably won't get it)

To the person who said "and size 6? sorry girl but forget it." I believe that a size 6 in England is much smaller than a size 6 in America!

ALL agencies make you take a class. AND pay money, make your own profile and send the pictures directly to mags and stuff. I got on to the 'inside cover' of Seventeen.

you could do like advert modelling and magazines and stuff, but catwalk models have to be alot taller unfortunately. There is lots of types of modelling, just find what you wanna do and then go on from there.

5'9" is the absolute shortest with agencies will go. and size 6? sorry girl but forget it.

Some models accept people that are 5'7 and 5'8 you could go and try!!!

You are just too short to be a model and there is no two ways around that. Models need to be at least 5'10" and you are way short of that. You can, however, try to do hair modeling or something else that does not use your entire body. Kat
