LOSE WEIGHT IM FAT PLEASE HELP, BEING PICKED ON

i really need to lose some weight, im very self conscious all my friends are extremely thin, like they are sticks! i have a big bust and this makes me looks bigger, how do i lose weight fast and make my breasts look smaller...? PLEASE HELP, DESPERATE NEEED( tips without exercise)

Try to exxercise every single day, even if it is only 10 to 15 minutes. Every little bit helps! THere are 3500 calories in one pounds so if you can cut that amount from your weekly diet you will lose a pound a week! Steph

Do not starve yourself. Immediately remove that from your list of possible options. It really comes down to eating the right foods, exercising 4-6 times per week and getting 7-9 hours of sleep per night. When you are sleep deprived you are more likely to make very poor food choices. Patti

I must have had rectal-cranial inversion when I first commented. (My head was up - you know where) I stand by my original advice but your motivation seems to be that you are being picked on, aka, bullied. I don't care if you're so big that your arms disappear, no one has the right to pick on you for it. DO NOT TOLERATE IT. Bullying is one of those few things that may require adult intervention and don't hesitate to get it if you need to. Otherwise, make sure that those who are picking on you know that they will stop one way or another. Losing weight is hard enough to do. You don't need the additional stress of being bullied to make it more difficult. VOE

Eat about 1800-2000 calories per day and also burn about 300-500 calories per day with exercise. There are alot of online exercise calculators that will give you some ideas of what you can do. Jane

1. Eat 6 small meals a day 2. Keep each small meal to around 300 calories 3. Weight lift 5 times per week 4. Walk for 1/2 an hour 4 days per week 5. Do another exercise you love (dancing, swimming, etc) 3 days a week for one hour. JD

Check out a book called "Eat to Live". It was recommended to me by my Dr. Yeah, I'm packing a few too many pounds, too. It's full of great information on eating healthy and losing the fat. Don't worry about the bust size. Worry about your health. Being overweight is a health problem, not a visual problem. You don't want diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, or anything else because of being overweight. When you treat being overweight as a health problem rather than how you look, you will become healthier AND lose the weight. You have to do this smart. VOE

Eat small portions but frequent meals a day and don't forget to exercise atleast 20-30mins. a day. Remember that you'll sacrifice for the BETTER.

Their are many things you can do, like eating healthy ect. Vege fruit salads and other health products, do more exercise try to get into sports that you like. But don't starve your self, that is so bad for you it's unhealthy and dangerous, if you work Hard and focus the weight will start to drop. And your boobs will become smaller when you do loose weight.
