How are you or he going to handle it when another person of interest enters your, or his life? Are you graciously going to step aside if he finds himself in love with another girl? After all, you are no longer in an exclusive relationship, you are just friends with benefits. Another thing to consider - how likely are you to pursue another guy, perhaps a really great guy, when you have such a convenient arrangement? Are you willing to give up the NSA arrangement to explore a relationship with someone else? FWB always gets complicated. VOE

As long as you both know where you stand and one isn't feeling more emotionally attached than the other then it's fine. Be safe about it of course and just make sure you both know how the other feels as sometimes in these kinds of situations one person ends up feeling like they want more than just sex out of it and the other doesn't which can lead to arguments and feeling hurt.
