My boyfriends 21st birthday is coming up and he asked me not to come hang out with him on his birthday since I don't drink. And I just found out him, his best friend and his ex are going to go to a bar and hang out for his birthday. He is constantly standing me up to go hang out with his ex as well.

If he's standing you up to hang with his ex, then it's obvious that he's not over her. I'm sorry, but you might just be the rebound girl, and it's obvious that he doesn't appreciate you enough to show up when he says he will. Go and find someone who's willing to spend time with you and isn't running around to meet their ex to go clubbing without you.
