my ex bestfriend and i did it during the summer but we both felt comfortable+trusted each other. was brilliant and we told one another the love you words :) but havnt speaked to him since it thats about a month and he randomly txts today saying sorry ??? help... im 16 btw :P

if he was your best friend than you should talk to him because a friendship especially a best friendship is worth salvaging if you can but as far as being with him goes i wouldnt encourage or expect anything. look at it as just friends. getting involved with best friends is always messy. i lost mine in a similar way. try to fix it if you can.

Ignore him. If he wanted to be with you then he would act like it. He has regrets and that is a BAD sign. You have no regrets so it you keep it up then your heart will get broken.

Yikes -- this does not sound good! It actually sounds like he is feeling regretful and maybe wishes he could just go back to a friend status. This is always the risk you run when fooling around with friends. The uncomfortable part must be the worst, so try to get talking. Brandon

Sounds like he's pretty uncomfortable with what happened. Don't write him off as a friend. Instead, be a friend. Get with him in person and talk this out. Let him know that maybe you were both a little foolish but that it shouldn't be something that ends a friendship. If necessary, put it behind you and agree to not talk about it again, if that helps. Everyone thinks sex is a simple thing. Now you know that it isn't. It gets complicated. You can uncomplicate it by putting him at ease and letting him know that you still want to be friends. No playing the blame game. You both made a foolish decision but it's not the end of the world. VOE
