So I've been friends with this boy since elementary school and we just recently reconnected. I am really starting to like him, but he is really shy and can't tell if he likes me. Sometimes he texts me first and sometimes I text him. I don't want to tell him and ruin our friendship! What should I do?

How is he going to know if you don't tell him? Yeah, you will be taking a risk but you can't make any progress in life without taking risks. If he is your best friend, then talking to him shouldn't be all that hard. VOE

i have the same dilemma you should wait and see what happens because you dont want to ruin the friendship by telling him and he doesnt feel the same way it will be awkward
