I have a great boss who has been very supportive of me. I really like him but he is 15 years older than me and in the process of separating from his wife (he has 2 kids). I think he is attracted to me and not sure what to do.

I think you should stop being a cliche employee. Find a nice SINGLE guy your age, who you don't work with, and please, for the love of god.... do not become a hoe bag like you see on tv...
