Husband Trusts Wife Innocent But Needs Input

Message on FB from my wife to an old bf. Message was "want to continue" "my cell number is"(that I work hard to pay for every minute) "just text me ahead of time so I have a warning" I was so angry and upset, we have been married 20yrs and have 5 children. Things have been very difficult.

Maybe she's been innocent so far, but, as they say in the midwest, "She's up to something". The two of you need a frank, unemotional discussion about your marriage expectations. I say "unemotional" because as soon as emotion gets involved, voices get raised, the wrong things are said and, more importantly, the right things are not said.
