It's great that you recognize the thing holding you back! Now use that to your advantage. Let your bf know that you have trust issues. The best relationships are built on the foundation of honesty. Also COMMUNICATION has to be there... even more so with the trust issues. But not psycho I need to know where u r 24/7. lol. There will be times when you question your relationship or have doubts. But don't give up on your relationship unless there is a solid reason to.

Like the saying goes.. a relationship without trust is like a car without gas.. you can stay in it as long as you want but it wont go anywhere..

Relationships are about trust and being able to be yourself around your boyfriend or girlfriend. You shouldn't be self conscious around your boyfriend, and if you do and/or feel as though he is judging you, he is not the right guy!

Go to a councillor, get the issues sorted out! You will always have trust issues if you don't deal with it asap :) xxx

There is plenty of good books out there on resolving trust issues, I also suggest mayb that you see a councilor as they will be able to help you work through these insecurities without affecting your relationship

Talk to him about it and make it clear to him that it is not his fault and is an insecurity that you have. Say it is something you are wanting to resolve so you guys can continue having a great relationship and I imagine he will respond with offering to help

Talk to him about them but do not dump them on him. Try to keep your issues, your issues and not shared issues. Tell him from your heart how you feel about him && he will help you feel more secure.

Sorry to say that nothing is 100% certain in relationships. No matter how much in love with him you are or how much in love with you he is, there is always that chance that something can go wrong. Human beings are flawed creatures and we mess up. Your hesitations are justified. Yet most of us get into serious, committed relationships and try to hang in there. The harder we try, the more likely that we will succeed. The committment, by the way, is as much to ourselves as to the other person. We commit to try harder and to not give up when the going gets tough. Be ready to forgive and to ask for forgiveness. If you live by a one strike and your out rule, you will not succeed. VOE

If he's an understanding guy then have a chat to him about it so he knows where you're at. To work on it you should get the Feeling Good Handbook by David D. Burns, its a really good read and should help you
