Emotional Affair???

What is an emotional affair?? I have been married for 4.5 years (I'm 24 y/o) and two of my friends claim I am having an 'emotional affair' with the guy I work with at an insurance company. We hang out and have lunch and talk and went out for drinks a few times but he has a fiancee.

An emotional affair is when the feelings are there but the actions are not. If you are sexually attracted to him, for instance, flirt with him but don't actually do anything, then it's an emotional affair. Ask yourself this: Are you ever with him and wish that you weren't married? VOE
