k i really need to lose weight and fastt, and tipps on how to eat healthy, what hours to eat, how to excercise and when to sleeep! ANY TIPS WILL BE GREATLY APRRECIATED! im trying to get into shape for summer! PLEASE COMMMENT! any tipps that worked for you ? please share!

for starters... are you insane?! puke it out or starve?! that is incredibly stupid! when you make a habbit of either you risk serious medical conditions! now to help you get you healthier. your body gets the most rest during the hours of 10 pm - 2 am. and it is super un healthy to eat before you go to bed. it will turn directly into fat. you need AT LEAST 3 hours between the time you eat and go to bed. when eating meat, your piece or meat should be no bigger than the size of your fist. it is unhealthy to eat a pigger portion. especially with red meat. also, diets dont usually work so i suggest taking smaller portions of food. not drastically smaller but a little smaller...... continued on next post

..... continued.... also good exercise is key. you should have some type of exercise every day. if you dont have time to do much you can even run up and down your stairs for about 5 minutes. running is good for your heart and will make it stronger. Hope this helps! ~ Laila ~

the biggest thing about losing weight is dedication. running 3 miles means nothing if you only do it once. so pace yourself and create a routine everyday that will get yourself in shape.

You should for sure not puke it out. That is totally unhealthy and you should NOT do that. You should also not starve yourself since that is unhealthy also. You should eat every 3 to 4 hours and your should eat a total of 1800-2200 calories per day depending on your height. Try to exercise at least four or five times per week and try to exercise for 30-45 minutes each time. Walking, swimming and bike riding are all great!! PRD
