so at my work place i scoop ice cream, and there's a cute guy who's a dishwasher, he's shy but he ALWAYS looks at me and stuff, we smile at eachother but thats really it, he knows who i am and he goes to a different school in town, idk if he thinks i'm hot or something, how can i get us talking!?

Talk to him a little bit each day until he feels more comfortable around you. Also try to get him to talk about himself....ask him about himself, his school, his friends.

You need to just start talking to him, in a casual way about something that is going on at work during the day....like, "Busy in here today" or "Can't wait until quitting time". You can do it! SamCole
