If you're always talking and flirting thats a great sign. A guy isn't going to go to the effort of always talking to you and flirting if he's not interested in you. I'd keep trying to ramp up the flirting and see if he keeps responding well to it and if he doesn't don't be afraid to ask him out

Chances are that he does like you but there is no way to know if he thinks you are cute. You're going to have to either ask him if he likes you or tell him that you like him to get his reaction. Unless you have ESP, you aren't going to know, otherwise. VOE
