Okay, me and my ex broke up because he was with another girl. He told me he was never with he when me and him were together and still wasnt with her. She keeps texting me off his phone, and tells me to back off of him, and he is telling me he loves me and wants to be with me what do i do I love him

I think it's always going to be difficult with this other girl in the picture, so if he really wants to be with you then tell him that she needs to go. Otherwise you're always going to be wondering what their up to and she's always going to be trying to get rid of you
