i've always kind of had a thing for my brothers friend, and i started talking to him more.he's 19 and im 16 but age isn't an issue.i'm scared he wont pursue it cos he's been my brothers best friend for years and seems shy about the whole thing.what should i do?

There are three guys who present a huge risk when it comes to starting a romantic relationship. One is your best friend's ex, the second is your best friend's brother, and the third is your brother's best friend. A relationship with any of them can jeopardize the other relationships. What if you go with this guy for a while then break up? Will that put a strain on your brother's relationship with his friend? Or even your brother's relationship with you? Is it worth the risk? VOE

Why not just keep talking to him but let things organically happen on their own? If he wants to be with you, then he will do what it takes to start a romance. Steph
