I've been going out with my bf for nearly a year, last weekend I ended it with him. It didn't end badly and since then he's been calling and saying he still wants to be friends and hang out. What should I do?

Some of my best friends are ex girlfriends. I still love them all - as friends. Short term, keep some distance between you. Be friendly but not close. In time, and after you both have moved on to others, you can get to be better friends. Don't burn your bridges. VOE

theres no harm in being friends after a break up, but most of the time it doesnt work out that way. well thats how it seems most of the times ive tried todo that with an ex of my own. its because you guys know each other.
