My boyfriend and i have been dating for 8 months this month. In february he cheated on me with his ex. He tells me he doesnt talk to her or see her but i dont really know if i should trust what he is saying. I keep finiding shit to do with her in his room eg letters. Can someone give me tips??

If he's cheated on you with her before I'd be very weary of him doing it again. You have to decide whether you can trust him and if not it's going to be difficult for the relationship to work long term.
