BLOTED AND TERRIBLE FEELINGS

i have been bloated for a week now and i don't know why, its not my period cause i just got it 1 week ago and my tummy is always flatter than this, i don't eat alot and its not going away HELP ME! i look so fat. i also feel sick.

Green tea should help but what will help even more is if you go to a doctor and get a physical and see what is happening.

Try to have a bland diet, with the green tea that you suggested, for about 3 days. If you are not much better after that, then go see your doctor. Lynda

It is probably diet related. Have you been drinking a lot of soda? Maybe certain veggies such as broccoli or cabbage? Maybe a great deal of beans? If it does not subside in a day or two, go see your doctor. Yesenia

Do you have a fever? So you feel hot or cold when no one else does? You could have an infection or virus that is interfering with your digestive system, causing you to bloat. If you have a temperature over 100 degrees F or if you're having severe pain, or if your symptoms don't go away within a few days, go see your Dr. Some antibiotics or anti-viral medication will likely take care of your problem.
