If you enjoy your job and do not enjoy the people you work with ,then the most helpful advice i could give you is to find another job in the same division.Stay at your job for a bit(to keep the money coming in and the bills paid lol)but in your free time ,write up a resume and look for one somewhere else.If you want to go to school then go to school and keep working at your job and then if possible to,do an intern program or job placement if thats available at your school.If not,once you graduate and have a diploma itll be easier for you to get a job anyways so just hold out as long as you can at work for now but constantly look for new oppertunities to follow in your proffession

If you like what you do but not the people that you work with, then you should find other people, not another line of work. Start looking for a job at another dentist. If that requires additional education, then get into school and get what is required. If possible, keep working so that you will have an income. It will look good on your resume that you worked while attending school. VOE
