Assistant Manager

Ive been working at my job for a little over a year and Ive had the chance of being a 2nd Asst. Manager after about three months. I accepted it, then something happened and I stepped down for awhile. Now they want me back as a 1st Asst. It was alot of responsibility just as the previous job.

the previous comment is correct in some aspects but at the same time with the world as it is these days it is not that easy to just go and get another job. is a possible good thing worth failing at and losing your job over? i would stay where i am instead of losing it all
