If you Love the little girl you will stay with her. It sounds like your marrage was already falling apart, so you got the little girl to try to pull it back together. I would say that if you and him love the little girl then you should try to talk to him about it, and ask if he wants to help. If he dosnt I wouldn't go to court because my parents went to court and I was always crying. Also if you go to court and he does take her on the weekends, if he dosn't want her there is a possibility he wont take care of her well. Id say if you love her keep her. If you dont love her you shouldnt have adopted her. You need to figure out if you want her to stay with you and your Ex and possibly have a bad outcome, OR if you want her to stay with you. Theres not trying to return her.
